Her public service included senior advisory roles at the White House's National Security Council and nearly two decades at USAID, before moving to the private sector to lead ESG strategy and operations for a global law firm. She specializes in translating complexity into execution — building resilient systems, strengthening governance, aligning stakeholders, and helping organizations achieve sustainable results in rapidly changing environments.
A senior leader with more than 30 years of combined federal and military service, Angela has extensive experience in organizational leadership, civil-military coordination, human resources, and operational management. Her military career included becoming the first woman to command a Civil Affairs Battalion at Fort Bragg. As a civilian, she served in senior leadership roles at USAID, where she managed complex teams and supported engagement with the Department of Defense, Special Operations Command, and Combatant Commands.
